Is the app free?
PlusU Loyalty offers a free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required. Plans are available for individual businesses, families, and growing businesses. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers simply scan the merchant's QR code with their phone camera, enter a name and email, and receive a loyalty card directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no app download required.
What is a loyalty stamp card?
A stamp card lets businesses reward repeat customers. Each visit, the merchant scans the customer's card and adds a stamp. When the card is full, the customer earns a reward (free item, discount, etc.).
How do I get started?
Download the PlusU Loyalty app, create a business profile and loyalty card, then share the QR code with your customers. The whole setup takes under 5 minutes.
Can I use PlusU Loyalty on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription plan determines how many devices can be active at once. You can manage and remove devices from your account settings in the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app (Account Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@plusu.promo from your registered email address.
